WHAT TO WEAR & BRING



Please wear clothing that feels comfortable to move and exercise in, though nothing too baggy as your teacher will need to assess your posture and alignment.


Wearing a few layers is a good idea – at times you’ll feel warm as you challenge your body and at others, when your focus will be on relaxation and perfecting technique, you’ll want something warm to put on.


No shoes are required but please ensure that you have socks with you.


All equipment will be provided.


Please bring water with you if you would like it and try not to eat a heavy meal or drink
alcohol before a lesson.
